Ah another Monday! At least this one is only 4 days away from a long weekend! Our inspiration today is all about making sure you are kind to yourself! If you find you're struggling, and battling anxiety, or depression, or just low feelings and stress, the worst thing you can do is give yourself a good kicking when you're down already. You wouldn't kick your car to make it work, so why do it to your mind? It's all about finding out what the problem is, and fixing it properly, and when it comes to our mental health, that only happens when you treat yourself well, with kindness, respect and patience. Think about what you can start doing for yourself more regularly to give your mind the boost is deserves, and give yourself a break!
