Inspiration- Start Somewhere!
I'm busy getting my head around my new, and very exciting, role with a fantastic national mental health charity this week! Starting a new job, or goal, or anything can be daunting and overwhelming, but this week's inspirational quote is all about the need to just 'start somewhere'! Any progress is good progress right!? So don't get all caught up in anxiety and stress over where you are going to start or how you'll ever get used to new things....just start! You'll be surprised how far you get!
